Please pay the delivery person in cash when you receive your order.

About Displayed Prices

All prices displayed in our shop include consumption tax (fractions of less than 1 yen are rounded up).

Shipping Fees

• A flat shipping fee of 500 yen applies.
• If there are multiple delivery addresses, shipping fees will be charged for each destination.
• For high-value items (guideline: 300,000 yen or more), we will cover shipping insurance.

Shipping Conditions

• After receiving your order, items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days.
• Custom-made items will be shipped approximately 3 months after order confirmation.

Delivery Time Specification

• You may select a preferred delivery time slot.
• Due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, recipient absence, or other circumstances, delivery at your requested time may not be possible.
• Please note that we cannot accommodate specific time requests within a time slot.

Shipping Methods

• Products are shipped domestically via courier service, mail service, or Yu-Pack. Carriers include Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Japan Post, etc. (Please note that you cannot specify a carrier.)
• If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from multiple fulfillment centers.
• Special-order items will be delivered separately even if ordered together with other products.

Delivery Destinations

• Delivery is limited to within Japan (however, delivery to Okinawa, remote islands, and certain areas may not be possible).
• You may specify a delivery address other than the purchaser’s address.
• If you specify a different delivery address, invoices and delivery notifications will be sent to the customer who placed the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Procedures

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
• For returns or exchanges due to initial defects, please contact us via the contact form within 3 days of receiving the product (this is mandatory).
• Once we confirm the initial defect, please return the product (including outer box, accessories, enclosed items, warranty card, and instruction manual) via cash-on-delivery shipping within 2 days. If the product is in stock, we will exchange it for a non-defective item.
• We assume no responsibility for damage or loss during return shipping, so please ensure adequate packaging.
• Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.
